PRIVACY POLICY.
Who we are
This website is operated for Vibromix International, No. 617, Colombo Road, Kurana, Negombo, Sri Lanka. Contact Vibromixinternational@gmail.com or +94 31 222 2846 with questions about your information.
Information you share
When you send an enquiry, start a chat, request equipment hire or place a pay-on-pickup order request, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number and project or order details. We use these details to respond to your request, arrange your order or hire, provide service and keep business records.
Your cart
Your equipment selections are stored locally in your browser so your cart remains available when you return. Removing items or clearing your browser’s site data removes this saved cart.
Orders and payment
Orders placed on this website are unpaid order requests. No card or bank details are collected online. Our team confirms stock, final pricing and collection with you, and payment is made when you pick up your equipment.
How we store and send information
Enquiries, chat messages, hire requests and order requests are stored securely using Google Firebase. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect our forms from abuse. Email notifications are sent from our Gmail account to our team and, where relevant, to the email address you supplied. WhatsApp links open a message for you to review and send yourself.
Website analytics
If enabled, Google Analytics measures aggregate visits, such as pages viewed and approximate city or region, to help us improve the website. Advertising features and personalised advertising signals are turned off. See Google’s privacy policy.
External services
Map directions and social links open Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram. Those services receive the normal connection information required to load their pages.
Your requests
You can ask to access, correct or remove information you have shared by contacting our team. Some transaction and service records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
